The Online Buying Process

The Cart

The Cart stores all the artworks you would like to purchase. To add an artwork - choose your selection from the "Gallery’’ and click on "Add to Cart". You will be directed to your shopping cart and you will have the option to continue shopping (adding more works to you cart) or placing your order by clicking on “place order”.

 

Login & Shipping Address

You would then be asked to provide your email address and login or continue as a guest (we recommend that you register and login for a faster checkout). You will be directed to fill in your shipping address. Please take the time to fill this out carefully.

 

Payment & Order Confirmation

Please select your payment option. Your order will be generated if the transaction is successful and you should receive a confirmation order number for reference and tracking. Please be rest assured that all credit card transactions on EBS payment gateway site are secure and encrypted.

On your completing the credit card transaction, you will receive an email confirmation from us. As soon as the product is shipped, you will receive an email from us with the courier partner details.  You may go to their website to track the order.

How will my order be delivered to me?

We have some of the best known logistics companies in the world like FedEx, DHL and UPS to ensure quickest delivery anywhere in the world.

Can I cancel my order?


Delivery in India

If you wish to cancel your order, get in touch with Customer Care as soon as possible with your order number. As long as your order has not been dispatched we can cancel it and refund the amount.

 

If your order has been dispatched but yet to be delivered, please do not accept delivery and contact Customer Care to inform them of the same. In case of prepaid orders Refunds will be processed as per our Return policies.

 

For certain artworks once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled This is also indicated on the individual artwork  pages .

 

Delivery Overseas

Overseas orders cannot be cancelled. We do not have a return and cancellation policy for overseas orders as yet.

 

 

Is it safe to place an order with you?

Yes, it is safer than ever. We use one of the most secure online ordering systems on the market. We ensure that we offer the highest possible security at all times. We utilize industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to allow for the encryption of potentially sensitive information.

We never save your card details and use very secured and trusted third party payment gatewaysl which process transactions worth millions of dollars worldwide.

Payment Policy

 

What payment methods do you accept?

Delivery in India

We accept payments via Visa, MasterCard or Netbanking.

We also accept payment via "cash on Delivery" at the time of the delivery of the product. However this mode of payment has a convenience charge of Rs 250 associated with it.

 

For certain art works only Debit Card/Credit Card and Net Banking options are available. This is also indicated on the individual artwork pages .

 

 

Do you accept International Card for deliveries in India?

Yes. Your Billing Address should be the same as your Shipping Address in India. This does not in any way affect the success of your transaction. There may be an internal upper limit on the amount of international transaction fixed by our Payment Gateway Partner which changes from time to time and the same is not disclosed to us. This is to provide a safe and secure shopping experience to our customers.

 

 

Overseas Deliveries

You can make the payment via your credit/debit cards. We accept payment through all major cards like VISA, American Express, Maestro, Discover, JCB etc. You can also pay via PayPal.

 

What is the process for Cash On Delivery (COD) purchase?

This payment option is only available for deliveries in India.

When you make a purchase using the COD option, your product will be booked. You will receive a call from us to confirm your Order before it gets dispatched. If you are unreachable or unable to attend the call, please contact us if you are still interested in receiving the product.

 

 

Is there a charge for Cash on Delivery purchases?

There is a non-refundable convenience charge of Rs. 250 levied on Cash on Delivery purchases however in case of prepaid orders these charges are not applicable.

 

Is there a purchase limit for a Cash On Delivery purchase?

Yes, Cash On Delivery option is available on purchases up to a limit of Rs. 70,000 beyond which purchases can only be made using Netbanking or Credit card. You can always use the COD facility up to the prescribed limit and pay by card or net banking for the balance amount.

 

Why isn't COD available to me?

Cash on Delivery facility is not offered to overseas locations.  Also, COD option is not available on some of our products. Hence, based on your location and your choice of products, COD option may not be available to you. This is also indicated on the individual artwork pages.  We also restrict Cash on Delivery facility for certain customers based on our long-term experience.

 

Are there any Hidden Charges

Delivery in India

There are absolutely no hidden charges. You pay only the amount that you see in your order summary.

 

Overseas

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel (this also applies to retail & wholesale customers).

Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting. 

 

 

What should I do if my payment fails?

In case of a payment failure, please retry ensuring:
1. Information passed on to payment gateway is accurate i.e. account details, billing address, password (for net banking) Your Internet connection is not disrupted in the process.

2. If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back to your bank account within 7 business days.

Return Policy


Deliveries in India

"No Questions Asked Return Policy!" 

Though we strive to give you a great assortment of high quality art, you might not be a100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your Order for a full refund of paid price.  However, the artwork must be returned to the delivery person immediately. Once the work has been delivered we would not be able to accept any returns.

 

Returns are not applicable to certain artworks. You will be notified before placing your order.

 

Please note that the Cash on Delivery has a convenience charge and this would have to be paid.

 

Can I return a part of my order?

Yes, you may return a part of the Order.

 

How long will the refund take?

14 days

We do not have a return policy for deliveries overseas as yet.

FREE Shipping
We offer absolutely free shipping to all destinations. Please note that this shipping charge is different from our Cash on delivery convenience fee (applicable only to deliveries in India). This is a fee of Rs.250 that we charge only on COD orders and is completely waived off for all prepaid orders.

 

 

How long will my order take to arrive?

 

An estimated delivery time is displayed on the Order Summary page. On placing your order, you will receive an email containing a summary of the order and also the estimated delivery time to your location.

Sometimes, delivery may take longer due to bad weather, flight delays, political disruptions and other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will proactively reach out to you. Please check your emails and SMS regularly for such updates.

 

How do I check the status of my order and track it?

An email is sent to you after the Order is shipped that contains the tracking number and name of the logistics provider. Visit the website of the logistics provider and enter the tracking number for your shipment details. Please find the list below:

I should have received my order by now but I haven't. What do I do?

 

If you have the tracking information (reference number and name of the Courier partner) please visit the courier partner's site and check for your Order. You can call the courier partner with your reference number for clarification. If you are not happy with the information, do give us a call with order number and we will be happy to help you.

 

 

I have not received any order tracking details and it is later than I expected. What do I do now?

 

We normally send the order tracking details within 24 working hours after your order is shipped. Please get in touch with us by calling us on _______________ or write to us at_________.

 

 

My order has not arrived yet?

 

 

Normally, the order gets delivered within the range mentioned on our website. If your order has not arrived by the estimated delivery date, please see if you have tried: 

•   Viewing the up to date tracking.
•   Signing into your account to check we have the correct delivery address for your order and your contact details are up to date.
• Checking if you have a text message, email or attempted delivery card from one of our carriers.

 

• Checking with your neighbors to see if they have accepted the parcel on your behalf.
• Looking in any safe areas the driver may have left your parcel, such as behind bins or in a shed, garage or porch.

The tracking for my order shows a delivery attempt but I wasn't able to accept my parcel. What do I do now?

 

Delivery in India

You would be required to view and accept the artwork in case you have missed a delivery attempt please contact the shipping company immediately.

 

 

Deliveries Overseas

Someone needs to be in when your parcel is due to be delivered as we will need a signature. Don’t worry if you aren’t, as our carrier usually tries to deliver more than once. At the time of shipping, we inform you the name of the shipping company as well via email. You may get in touch with their local office.

 

 

My order is on its way back to Anasha Art Why?

 

Your parcel may be undeliverable because of the following reasons:

Incorrect Address: If the address is incorrect or outdated, the package is typically returned to us by the carrier or the unintended recipient. Please double-check your address carefully when placing a new order.
Failed Delivery Attempts: Most of our carriers will make more than one attempt to deliver a package. If they're unable to successfully deliver your order, the package will be returned to us.
